Joseph Colliver
Joseph Colliver is an Alliance Partner at Movius Consulting who helps leaders to negotiate agreements and decisions in ways that reflect organizational values and drive sustainable results. An experienced advisor and CFO, he has led key commercial negotiations, developed critical partnerships with external stakeholders, managed internal negotiations across teams, and delivered training for senior negotiators. He has worked across deal spaces that include professional services, health, consumer goods, M&A, and retail.
While at Sativa Group Inc, a life sciences company, Joseph served as CFO and board director, executing a reverse takeover and listing the combined company, while leading diverse regulatory initiatives as MD of two divisions. He also managed all financial and statutory reporting and headed up a research partnership with King’s College London.
Prior to Sativa, Joseph spent ten years in senior leadership roles in the Kantar division of WPP plc. As Director of Consulting within Kantar Consulting and Global Commercial Director of TNS, he developed and delivered highly successful commercial capability and negotiation training programs to both external clients and internal leaders. He also developed and led virtual training modules, and helped build a champions network that grew capabilities across Kantar in negotiation, pricing, risk assessment and profitability management.
As Chief Financial Officer and board member of Kantar Futures, he was responsible for delivering year-on-year margin improvement, transitioning the back-office function to a share serviced model, and launching pricing and client pipeline best practices.
At TNS, a $1.8 billion turnover market research agency, Joseph led multi-million negotiations with global client and supplier partners, and coached senior commercial and finance leaders across 60+ markets to negotiate mutually beneficial agreements and partnerships with stakeholders.
A Fellow Chartered Accountant, Joseph holds a BSc honours degree in Geophysical Sciences from Southampton.
He lives near Bath, England with his wife and two young daughters, and has a passion for surfing and generally getting in the water as much as possible.
