Belle Linda Halpern
Belle Linda Halpern, Ariel Group Founding Partner and Co-author of “Leadership Presence: Dramatic Techniques to Reach Out, Motivate, and Inspire,” brings the skills of a consultant, speaker, educator, coach and singer/actress to her work. She has been featured in the New York Times, Fast Company, the Boston Globe, Harvard Management Communication Letter, and on CNBC. She has developed and delivered leadership workshops for the Executive Education programs of Harvard Business School, Columbia Business School and the Kellogg School of Management and clients across the US, Europe and Asia for the past 20 years.
She is currently focused on Ariel’s non- profit endeavor: Ariel for Educators building leadership capacity for social justice in education. The mission of Ariel For Educators is to support education leaders as they powerfully enroll others in their vision for change in order to close the achievement gap for challenged populations of students. Education clients include Teach For America, Achievement First Charter School Network, and the Public Education Leadership Project.
A Harvard University graduate, Belle is also a professional singer who performs around the world and lives outside Boston with her husband, Mitch, and two children.
