Situation:

An emerging leader sought guidance as he assumed a new, regional role.

Problem:

Overseeing the complex launch of a new product, the new leader had to find ways to influence local teams and promote best practices, while also aligning local and global teams around negotiation strategy.

Action:

We provided regular individual coaching to the leader over several years. This encompassed both a negotiation advisory engagement and more general coaching focused on leadership development and facilitated by a 360-degree assessment process.
